The Swain Studio is delighted to offer room rentals for members and affiliates of the studio. Pricing varies based on the size of room, as well as any additional staffing necessary to be present or assist with your rental.

Whether you’re an independent teacher looking to book a room to teach from, a performer looking for a space to practice, or a community member looking for a place to hold a meeting for a small group, we may have spaces that suit your needs.

Each studio comes fully equipped with a desk, 88-key weighted digital piano, bluetooth speakers, music stand, and basic supplies needed for studying, teaching, or rehearsing.
